Your oven detailing service is powered by the technicians; close adherence to industry-approved procedures and company integrated standards:
- Your appliance is thoroughly examined and the most appropriate cleaning products are selected.
- The immediate area around the appliance is covered with a protective mat.
- The oven cleaners take your oven apart, so individual elements can be cleaned separately - the oven door, trays, racks, removable grills, etc.
- The chamber is sprayed with a suitable degreaser, which is left to work for several minutes.
- Burnt-on food and carbon residuals are carefully scraped off.
- The oven interior is wiped clean, including all hidden areas around the fan in convection ovens, above the grill element, if it can be pulled down, etc.
- The Fantastic Services technician pays special attention to the oven door, which is thoroughly degreased and polished with a glass cleaner. If the seal is removable, the space between the glass is also diligently cleaned.
- All the dismantled elements are put back together and in place. The appliance is polished on the outside to a perfect finish (the stovetop, the door handle, knobs, buttons and switches).
- The technicians check if the oven functions the way it should.

Do you bring all necessary equipment and detergents?
Yes, everything is provided by us.
Should my oven be turned on and hot before the clean?
No. The oven should be turned off and cold.
Do you clean after yourselves?
There's no need to. All technicians wear overshoes and use protective sheets to cover the area where they're working.
How often should I clean my oven?
It is recommended every 6 months, depending on how often you use it. Worst case scenario is 12 months.
Can you clean my BBQ as well?

Do you provide services in the weekends or evenings?
Fantastic Services offers weekend and public holiday cleaning appointments at no additional cost. Some additional charges may apply for appointments beyond our standard working hours, which are 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
Do self-cleaning ovens require a professional cleaning service?
We would recommend so. About once a year, an oven cleaning and detailing specialist should check your self-cleaning oven and service it. In this way, you will ensure that the appliance continues to operate as it should.
Are your cleaning methods safe?
Yes they are! We use eco-friendly products which are fume-free and non-caustic
I would like to make a change to my booking, how can I do that?
Just log into your Fantastic account, go to the Dashboard section and there you can easily cancel or reschedule the services you have booked.
Can you provide oven repairs?
No, we only clean them thoroughly, but we cannot repair.
When can I use the oven after the cleaning?
You can use it right away! Best practice is to turn it on for about 15 minutes on high temperature before using.
Would the oven ceiling be cleaned as well, even behind the grill element?
Yes, but only if the grill element could be pulled down. Otherwise we will clean as much as possible.
Should I be worried about oven cleaner fumes after the cleaning service?
No. The products we use are safe. Still, you can run the oven for 15 minutes before putting any food so you can get rid of the smell of detergents.
Do you clean the oven glass door?
Absolutely! Also, we will clean both sides of the oven door and between the panels, if the unit is not sealed.
