The post-construction cleaners bring their own equipment and detergents. We have industrial-grade cleaning machines which will clean all surfaces perfectly - floors, tiles, walls. We use special detergents to remove all sorts of renovation stains - from paint, cement, plaster. After that the windows and windows frames will be cleaned from the inside.

A: Well, we can offer you a quote when you call, if your property has undergone a light renovation work. We may still need to confirm the exact price on site, however, after a viewing has been performed.
Q: Can I ask the cleaners to stay a little longer to complete all the tasks on my checklist?
A: As long as the cleaners are free to stay, you can negotiate your request directly with them. Any additional costs will be included in the final price at the end of your service.
Do the cleaners wash the builders dust from the inside of kitchen appliances?
Yes, but only if you have just bought them and they have never been used before. In this case, you can request for appliances to be wiped clean from any possible accumulation of construction dust. For used electrical kitchen equipment, you can take advantage of our refrigerator cleaning service or oven cleaning and detailing service at discounted rates.
Can you wash my exterior windows as they have also been contaminated with builders dust?
Of course. Please, take note that this would be charged additionally as the cleaning of windows on the outside is a separate service that normally employs a specialised equipment.
What is included in the after-builders cleaning?
As part of the service, we clean all internal areas - kitchen, bedrooms, hallways, staircases. We deep clean the bathrooms, toilets, showers and fixtures. All surfaces, hard floors, railings and woodwork is polished. All dust and dirt are removed from the property and all marks left by paint and plaster are removed.

You can request the windows to be professionally cleaned inside and out including window tracks, frames, sills and ledges, carpet cleaning or tile & grout cleaning at an additional cost.

Is cleaning kitchen appliances included in the after builders cleaning?
As part of the service, the appliances are cleaned from the outside only. If they’re brand new, the cleaners can wipe them from the inside as well. If the appliances are used, you can request deep appliance cleaning at an extra cost.
What is the difference between one-off cleaning and after-builders cleaning?
The one-off cleaning is a deep cleaning service that is will maintain the good condition of the property. After-builders is specialised cleaning suitable after renovation work or if the property is newly built.
Can I book after-builders cleaning if the builders are not finished with the work?
We recommend you to use after-builders cleaning once the builders are done. We can’t ensure the best results if the construction continues.
Do you bring cleaning detergents and materials?
Yes, we’ll bring all the materials and detergents needed for the job.
Do you use chemicals?
We use high-quality cleaning detergents that are specially designed for domestic and commercial properties. However, if you are sensitive to certain chemicals, let us know and we’ll make sure to find alternative detergents.
What is your availability?
We work 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. You can even book outside of the working hours but have in mind that the rates will be higher.
