Meet the Fantastic Family – Mustafa

Here, at Fantastic Services Group, we are all about success. However, success never comes before hard work. In this interview, you’ll see one of our success stories who decided to buy a franchise and work with us towards achieving his dream!

Could you please introduce yourself?

My name is Mustafa. I’m from Jordan but I’ve been in Australia for 17 years now.

What were you doing before you became a part of Fantastic Services?

I used to have a restaurant, after that I used to own a carwash.

And how did you decide to buy a cleaning franchise?

Just for a change. I heard about Fantastic and I just did it got a change.

And how long have you been in business?

Nearly two years now.

What type of services do you specialise in?

I do carpet cleaning, end of lease cleaning, oven and BBQ cleaning and window cleaning.

And do you work by yourself, or do you have someone working with you?

I used to work in a team, but now I work by myself.

Could you describe one day of work? What time do you usually start, how many jobs you do per day?

I normally start at 8 am every day. I prepare my schedule (hours, type of jobs, addresses) the day before. That way I know what time the job starts and what time is the next one, the types of services and all other details. Normally I would do between three to four jobs every day, sometimes even five.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering buying a franchise with us?

I’ve been talking with friends to buy a franchise from you guys because it’s a good company, good wages, the company looks after you.

And what do you like most working with Fantastic Services Group?

The thing I like most is working like family, as one team and the friendly environment.

And where do you see yourself in two years?

I’m looking forward to being one of the supervisors.

That sounds nice! Thank you very much!
