How can I change the day or time of my clean?

Just contact us via phone, chat, or email with 24 hours' notice.

What happens on bank holidays?

We operate at regular prices even on bank holidays. If you’d like to skip a visit on a bank holiday, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

What is your vetting process for recruiting cleaners?

We conduct an ID and reference check and two interviews (one over the phone and one in person) to ensure we hire reliable individuals. All our cleaning teams are also police-checked.

Are there any hidden costs?

All fees and costs are included. There are no extra charges unless you decide to add extra hours or additional services.

Q: Do you accept credit card payments?

A: Yes, just contact us before your cleaning session to provide the card details. You will be charged after the service is completed, and your card details will not be stored after the transaction. You can also set up a direct debit for regular services.

Q: Is there a contract lock-in period?

A: Our customers can use the service for as long as they need. Only 7 days' notice is required to terminate regular appointments (minimum of 2 sessions applies).

Q: What should I do if the cleaner damages something?

A: Contact us immediately if you notice any damage. If confirmed, we’ll do our best to rectify the situation.

Q: What if I’m unhappy with the service provided?

A: If you're not satisfied, we will arrange for a replacement cleaner or a visit from our Quality Control Manager to ensure we meet our high standards.

Q: What are your working hours?

A: Our cleaners usually start at 7:30-8:00 am and finish by 5:30-6:00 pm. We also cover weekends and bank holidays at no extra charge. After-hours appointments may be available depending on the area.
