Fantastic Club Terms and Conditions
The Fantastic Club Membership Programme (the ‘Fantastic Club’) allows clients, who members of the Fantastic Club to take advantage of the members only discounted prices and the exclusive promotional offers associated with ownership of the membership.
To take part in the Fantastic Club, users must agree to the terms and conditions set herein, which become an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions of usage of the Fantastic Services’ websites, the GoFantastic app and form your agreement with us.
1. BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE FANTASTIC CLUB
1.1 You can join the Fantastic Club:
(i) online during the booking process by paying the Club’s annual membership fee (the ‘annual membership fee’), along with the accumulated price for your service;
(ii) online, by completing the application form and paying the annual membership fee;
(iii) during the booking process in the GoFantastic app and paying the annual membership; or
(iv) by calling our Customer Service and agreeing to purchase a membership for the Fantastic Club and by paying the annual membership fee.
1.2 By joining the Fantastic Club you are automatically agreeing to subscribe to Fantastic Services’s members only offers and promotions with the e-mail address that was provided by you upon creation of your Fantastic Account.
1.3 You reserve the right to unsubscribe from the members only offers and promotions at any time.
1.4 We reserve the right to refuse membership to any person and to terminate the membership at any time, in case of a breach of the Terms and Conditions described herein.
2. MEMBERSHIP FEE PAYMENT
2.1 In order to become a member of the Fantastic Club, you need to pay the annual membership fee, which will be displayed to you at the time of the application.
2.2 Only card payments shall be accepted for membership fee payments.
3. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
3.1 Fantastic Club members have exclusive access to a flat 10% discount on all other services offered on fantasticservicesgroup.com
3.2 The Fantastic Club Membership does not guarantee availability of any service or availability of discounts at all times.
3.3 Minimum charges for all services remain applicable for both members and non-members.
3.4 For all services, the membership discount applies to labor costs only.
3.5 Fantastic Services reserves the right to change, increase or decrease the member benefits with prior notice to you. In case you are not willing to accept the amendments, you can terminate your membership by contacting us.
3.6 The member benefits cannot be applied to bookings made prior to the beginning of the membership period.
3.7 The Fantastic Club membership is personal to you and non-transferable. In case you become aware of an unauthorised use of your membership, you must inform us.
3.8 The Fantastic Club membership’s benefits are restricted to only one property per account.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 All rates, discounts and any other special offers provided by Fantastic Services are subject to the terms and conditions which specifically apply to that offer. Unless otherwise agreed by Fantastic Services, the Fantastic Club benefits cannot be combined with those offers and/or promotions.
4.2 Services purchased by using the Fantastic Club membership shall not be offered for commercial purposes by you or a third party.
4.3 When applying for a Fantastic Club membership, you must provide accurate personal information and in case of any changes in that information throughout the period of the membership, you must update that information accordingly. If you fail to comply with the above obligation, we reserve the right to terminate your membership.
4.4. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the amended Terms and Conditions of Use on the Website.
4.5 Unless stated otherwise herein, the General Terms and Conditions of Fantastic services remain applicable to all bookings made using the Fantastic Club membership.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
5.1 The Fantastic Club membership begins when we receive the credit card payment of the membership fee.
5.2 The membership is valid for 12 months, starting on the day when we receive your membership fee payment. When the membership expires, you may apply for a new membership in one of the 4 ways described in paragraph 1.1
5.3 You may cancel your membership at any time by writing a cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting our Customer Care.
5.4 If a termination or a cancellation occurs within 30 days after the commencement of the membership, the membership fee may be refunded fully on request by the membership owner. If a termination and a cancellation occurs 31 days after the start of the membership or later, the membership fee shall not be refunded.
5.5 We reserve the right to terminate Your membership at any time by written notice to you.
5.6 Once the membership is terminated, cancelled or expires, you no longer have access to the member benefits described in paragraph 3.1
6. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
7. UPDATES TO TERMS
7.1 We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice at any time. If we modify these terms, we will post them on the www.fantasticservicesgroup.com.au website, the Fantastic Accounts and the GoFantastic application. You agree that we may change, update, suspend or restrict your membership of the Fantastic Club, parts or the whole site and/or app, at any time, without notice or liability to you. You are under the obligation to check for updates of these terms and conditions regularly, from time to time.
7.2 Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update any and all materials, whatsoever.
7.3 You hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, considered and accept these terms and conditions, and that by using or accessing the Fantastic Services websites and/or apps and participating in the Fantastic Services Membership Club you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
