Frank cleaned the oven, but he did not clean the glass on the oven door( couldn't remove the glass). Therefore, I was not satisfied. The glass on the oven door looks very bad and dirty and needs to be cleaned. In my opinion, if the oven is being cleaned, the door glass should be included as part of the service. For this reason, I am not 100% satisfied with the work carried out.
After I made a complaint to the company, they sent Frankie again and he cleaned it thoroughly. I am very satisfied now. Thank you💐
